  Baked Beans  


1 can pork and beans (16 oz. size)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color, but green looks best)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup

In a pan, brown the onion and pepper in a dab of butter. Add in the can of beans, sugar, and catsup and stir well. Let simmer until sauce is thick.
