        Baked Honey Ham        

1 spiral sliced ham (available in the meat dept. of your grocer)
whole cloves
ground cinnamon

The ham can be bought ahead and frozen, but be sure it is fully thawed before cooking it. Because these hams are already fully cooked, all you will be doing really is seasoning and heating, so it doesn't take long at all. Put the ham on a roasting rack and stick some of the whole cloves in it. Put as many or as few as you like to fit your taste. I usually put them about two inches apart. Coat the ham with honey. I usually put it on quite thick, but you can adjust to fit your taste. Finally, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

Heat the ham in a roaster oven or regular oven for an hour at 350 degrees to heat it through and let the honey and spices seep in.

Spiral sliced hams are quite easy to cut since the slices are already separated and only need to be removed from the bone at the base.
